Two folks have been arrested in relation to a pictures fired incident that occurred in rural Linn County in November, according to a news release from the Johnson County Sheriff’s Workplace.
Bryant M. Wallace, 19, of Marion, was arrested Mar. 14 on costs of intimidation with a harmful weapon and control of firearm/offensive weapon by felon. He’s being held in the Johnson County Jail on a $15,000 bond.
On Tuesday, Mar. 28, a 17-calendar year-old juvenile was arrested on fees of intimidation with a hazardous weapon and insignificant armed with a dangerous weapon. The juvenile was not named in the news release.
Wallace and the juvenile traveled on Nov. 2 from Marion to rural Solon where by they considered a female and her toddler daughter were being positioned, according to the release and a criminal complaint.
Wallace drove a black minivan with the juvenile as a passenger, in accordance to the grievance. He slowed down as they handed an occupied RV on Hickory Hollow Highway NE, and Wallace instructed the 17-yr-outdated to shoot at least four photographs at the RV.
The woman and newborn that were currently being qualified ended up not present in the RV, but there was a person occupant. The 17-calendar year-aged shot five rounds, a single of which penetrated the RV and nearly hit the man or woman inside of, in accordance to the launch.
Wallace was putting on a Department of Corrections GPS ankle check, putting him at the scene of the shots fired, the launch states.
