In video posted to her Instagram account on Tuesday, the trio wore matching leather jackets as Heidi showed off her bare bump for the camera.
Her husband and son both gently rubbed her belly as she rested a tender hand atop the bump.
The Hills vet could not stop smiling as she struck poses with her growing family.
She looked stunning with her voluminous blonde hair styled into full waves and a perfect polish of makeup coating her complexion.

Heidi and Spencer initially met at a nightclub in West Hollywood in the mid-2000s.
The pair quickly began dating, and their relationship became one of the focal points of The Hills, on which they both appeared.
The two eloped in Mexico in 2008, and they held an official wedding ceremony in Pasadena the following year.
